On 25 September 2014, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 and following a referral pursuant to Article 22 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the undertaking Dolby Laboratories, Inc (‘Dolby’, United States) acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation control of the whole of the undertakings Doremi Technologies LLC and Doremi Labs, Inc (together ‘Doremi’, United States) and Highlands Technologies Solutions S.A.S (‘Highlands’, France) by way of purchase of shares.
