As set out in Article 67 of the Staff Regulations and Articles 1, 2 and 3 of Annex VII thereto, the household allowance, the dependent child allowance and the education allowance shall be payable either to the recipient of the allowance provided for in paragraph 1 or to the person or persons to whom custody of the child or children has been entrusted by law or by an order of court or of the competent administrative authority; the household allowance shall be calculated by reference to the allowance provided for in paragraph 1.
Overeenkomstig het bepaalde in artikel 67 van het Statuut en de artikelen 1, 2 en 3 van bijlage VII bij het Statuut worden de kostwinners-, kinder- en schooltoelage betaald hetzij aan de rechthebbende op de in lid 1 bedoelde vergoeding, hetzij aan de persoon of personen aan wie op grond van wettelijke bepalingen dan wel een uitspraak van de rechter of van de bevoegde administratieve autoriteit het kind of de kinderen zijn toevertrouwd.
