Acknowledges from the Court of Auditors' report that the results of the latest physical inventory carried out in 2011 show several shortcomings, notably as regards the low proportion of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) assets checked in terms of value; notes, moreover, that no formal policy on the inventory of fixed assets is in place; calls on the Agency to inform the discharge authority of the actions taken to implement a formal policy on the inventory of fixed assets;
11. maakt uit het verslag van de Rekenkamer op dat de recentste fysieke inventaris, die in 2011 werd verricht, verschillende gebreken aan het licht heeft gebracht, met name op het punt van het geringe aantal ICT-activa (informatie- en communicatietechnologie) waarvan de waarde werd gecontroleerd; merkt bovendien op dat er geen formeel beleid inzake de inventaris van vaste activa bestaat; verzoekt het Agentschap de kwijtingsautoriteit mee te delen welke maatregelen het neemt om een formeel beleid inzake de inventaris van vaste activa uit te voeren;
