1. Notes that this resolution is concerned with TCAs; notes that TCAs are concluded between European trade union federations, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, individual companies and/or employers’ federations, generally at sectoral level, and that the resolution does not concern international framework agreements (IFAs) signed by international trade union federations with undertakings; highlights the need to strengthen European and transnational social dialogue and cross-border collective bargaining;
1. wijst erop dat deze resolutie betrekking heeft op Europese transnationale bedrijfsovereenkomsten (TCA's); wijst erop dat TCA’s afgesloten worden tussen enerzijds Europese vakbondsfederaties, en anderzijds afzonderlijke bedrijven en/of werkgeversorganisaties, in de regel per bedrijfstak, en stelt vast dat de resolutie geen betrekking heeft op internationale kaderovereenkomsten die door internationale vakbondsfederaties en met ondernemingen ondertekend worden; onderstreept de noodzaak om de Europese en transnationale sociale dialoog en grensoverschrijdende collectieve onderhandelingen te versterken;
