Pursuant to the Act of 2011 on national mobile payment organisation, the state-owned National Mobile Payment Ltd. was given the exclusive right to operate the national mobile payment system, a platform that service providers will be obliged to use when providing mobile payment intermediation services in connection with some public services (e.g. public parking).
