3. The Administrative Board and the Executive Director, Security Accreditation Board and its Chairperson, shall cooperate to ensure the operation of the Agency and the coordination of its bodies in accordance with the procedures determined by the Agency’s internal rules, such as the rules of procedure of the Administrative Board, the rules of procedure of the Security Accreditation Board, the financial rules applicable to the Agency, the implementing rules for the status of staff and the rules governing access to documents.
3. De Raad van bestuur en de uitvoerend directeur, de Raad voor de veiligheidsaccreditatie en de voorzitter ervan, werken samen om de goede werking van het Agentschap en de coördinatie van de organen ervan te waarborgen, op de wijze die is vastgesteld door de interne voorschriften van het Agentschap, zoals het reglement van orde van de Raad van bestuur, het reglement van orde van de Raad voor de veiligheidsaccreditatie, de op het Agentschap toepasselijke financiële bepalingen, de bepalingen voor de toepassing van het personeelsstatuut en de voorwaarden voor toegang tot de documenten.
