on or wilful damage done to institutions dedicated to religion or education, plunder of public or private property
(violations of the ...[+++]laws or customs of war) in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and parts of Vojvodina (Serbia), committed between 1991 and 1993;
A. overwegende dat Vojislav Šešelj, de voorzitter van de Servische Radicale Partij, voor het ICTY terechtstaat op verdenking van vervolging op politieke, raciale of religieuze gronden, deportatie, onmenselijke daden, deportatie onder dwang, misdaden tegen de menselijkheid, moord, marteling, wrede behandeling, moedwillige verwoesting van dorpen of verwoestingen zonder militaire noodzaak, vernieling of opzettelijke beschadiging van godsdienstige of onderwijsinstellingen, plunderen van privébezit (schending van de wetten en gebruiken van de oorlog) in Kroatië, Bosnië en Herzegovina en in delen van Vojvodina (Servië) tussen 1991 en 1993;
