B. whereas magnetic steel is vital to the overall balance of the steel production plant in Terni, in terms of resources, production networks and benefits to employment, whereas TK had also undertaken to make Terni the European centre of excellence with regard to oriented magnetic steel, and whereas Terni is the industrial plant with the lowest cost per unit of output in Europe,
B. overwegende dat magneetstaal van doorslaggevend belang is voor het complexe evenwicht van de staalindustrie in Terni, niet alleen voor de infrastructuur en productiesynergie, maar ook voor de werkgelegenheid; voorts overwegende dat Thyssen Krupp zich geëngageerd had om van Terni het meest geavanceerde technologisch centrum voor korrelgeoriënteerd magneetstaal te maken; overwegende dat de onderneming in Terni een van de Europese ondernemingen met de laagste kosten per productie-eenheid is,
