In the specific cases where the Stabilisation and Association Committee is empowered by the Stabilisation and Association Council under Article 120 of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement to take decisions and to make recommendations, these acts shall be entitled respectively ‘Decision’ and ‘Recommendation’, followed by a serial number, by the date of their adoption and by a description of their subject matter.
In de specifieke gevallen waarin het Stabilisatie- en Associatiecomité, op grond van artikel 120 van de stabilisatie- en associatieovereenkomst, door de Stabilisatie- en Associatieraad is gemachtigd om besluiten en aanbevelingen aan te nemen, worden deze voorzien van de vermelding „besluit” of „aanbeveling”, gevolgd door een volgnummer, de datum van goedkeuring en de beschrijving van het onderwerp.
