With regard to the application of th
e benchmark for hot metal in the NIMs as proposed by the Czech Republic, the Commission notes that the allocation to the installation listed under point C with the identifier CZ-existing-CZ-73-CZ-0134-11/M does not correspond to the value of the hot metal benchmark multiplied by the relevant product-related
historical activity level as submitted in the NIMs and
is therefore not in line with Article 10(2)( ...[+++]a) of Decision 2011/278/EU.
Met betrekking tot de toepassing van de benchmark voor vloeibaar ruwijzer in de NUM’s zoals voorgesteld door Tsjechië merkt de Commissie op dat de toewijzing aan de in punt C vermelde installatie met de identificatiecode CZ-existing-CZ-73-CZ-0134-11/M niet overeenstemt met de waarde van de benchmark voor vloeibaar ruwijzer vermenigvuldigd met het relevante productgerelateerde historische activiteitsniveau zoals ingediend in de NUM’s, en bijgevolg niet in overeenstemming is met artikel 10, lid 2, onder a), van Besluit 2011/278/EU.
