The greenhouse gas emissions from installations covered by Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 2003 establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community and amending Council Directive 96/61/EC (2) as deriving from the Union Registry, Commission Decisions, National Allocation Plans and the official correspondence between the Commission and the respective Member States constitute verified emission data in the sense of the fourth paragraph of Article 3(2) of Decision No 406/2009/EC.
De op basis van het EU-register, besluiten van de Commissie, nationale toewijzingsplannen en de officiële briefwisseling tussen de Commissie en de verschillende lidstaten gekwantificeerde broeikasgasemissies van installaties die onder Richtlijn 2003/87/EG van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 13 oktober 2003 tot vaststelling van een regeling voor de handel in broeikasgasemissierechten binnen de Gemeenschap en tot wijziging van Richtlijn 96/61/EG van de Raad (2) vallen, zijn geverifieerde emissiegegevens als bedoeld in artikel 3, lid 2, vierde alinea, van Beschikking nr. 406/2009/EG.
