In addition, the plan foresees the renegotiation of three out-of-money purchase agreements and the sale of BE’s North American assets which should contribute to solving BE’s problem linked to high shorter term non-avoidable costs in the form of financing expenses.
Daarnaast is in het plan ook voorzien in het heronderhandelen van drie „out-of-the-money”-afnameovereenkomsten en de verkoop van BE's activa in Noord-Amerika, hetgeen moet bijdragen tot het oplossen van BE's probleem in verband met hoge onvermijdbare kosten op korte termijn in de vorm van financieringskosten.
