2. Onder het programma vallen de activiteiten van de IFRS Foundation, die via de IASB IFRS ontwikkelt, van de EFRAG die als onderdeel van de steun van de Unie beoordeelt of een IFRS-standaard aansluit bij het vennootschapsrecht van de Unie en meewerkt aan het opstellen van standaarden, en van de PIOB, die toezicht houdt op internationale standaarden voor audit, ethiek en opleiding voor het auditberoep, ter ondersteuning van de uitvoering van beleidsmaatregelen van de Unie inzake financiële verslaggeving en controle van jaarrekeningen.
