Is concerned at the 2006 global structural deficit, which again reached the significant amount of EUR 5 million for maintenance and refurbishment of all buildings owned by the Commission (including the Berlaymont); welcomes the patrimonial study commissioned by the Office for Infrastructures and Logistics – Brussels (OIB) in 2007, which should provide a first reasoned estimate of the amount required and a timetable for the work necessary to ensure the best possible management of the Commission's property investments;
237. is bezorgd over het algemene structurele tekort voor 2006, dat opnieuw het aanzienlijke bedrag van 5 miljoen EUR bereikte, voor onderhouds- en opknapprojecten voor alle gebouwen die de Commissie bezit (waaronder het Berlaymont-gebouw); is tevreden met het patrimoniumonderzoek waartoe het Bureau infrastructuur en logistiek – Brussel (OIB) in 2007 opdracht heeft gegeven en dat moet leiden tot een eerste doordachte raming van het budget dat nodig is en een tijdschema voor de werken die moeten worden uitgevoerd om voor het best mogelijke beheer van de eigendomsinvesteringen van de Commissie te zorgen;
