3. Where the Commission establishes, on the basis of EASO’s analysis, that the implementation of the preventive action plan has not remedied the deficiencies identified or where there is a serious risk that the asylum situation in the Member State concerned develops into a crisis which is unlikely to be remedied by a preventive action plan, the Commission, in cooperation with EASO as applicable, may request the Member State concerned to draw up a crisis management action plan and, where necessary, revisions thereof.
3. Wanneer de Commissie op basis van de analyse van het EASO constateert dat de uitvoering van het preventieve actieplan de gesignaleerde tekortkomingen niet verholpen heeft, of wanneer er een ernstig risico bestaat dat de asielsituatie in de betrokken lidstaat uitmondt in een crisis, die waarschijnlijk niet met een preventief actieplan kan worden verholpen, kan de Commissie, indien van toepassing in samenwerking met het EASO, de betrokken lidstaat verzoeken een actieplan voor crisisbeheersing op te stellen en dat zo nodig te herzien.
