The theory of probability tells us that EU success in the field of innovation, measured in terms of the number of economic agents who have introduced innovations, for example over the last three years, as a percentage of the overall number of agents in the target population, is likely to depend on the implementation of all possible measures capable of stimulating this phenomenon.
Uit de waarschijnlijkheidsberekening weten wij dat het succes van de EU op het gebied van innovatie, gemeten wordt aan het aantal economische subjecten dat innovatie heeft ingevoerd, bijvoorbeeld in de afgelopen drie jaar, als percentage van het totale aantal subjecten van de geanalyseerde bevolking, waarschijnlijk zal afhangen van de inzet van alle stimulansen die er op dit gebied beschikbaar zijn.
