‘residue’ means any liquid or solid waste material (including bottom ash and slag, fly ash and boiler dust, solid reaction products from gas treatment, sewage sludge from the treatment of waste waters, spent catalysts and spent activated carbon) defined as waste in Article 1(a) of Directive 75/442/EEC, which is generated by the a waste incineration plant or waste co-incineration process, the exhaust gas or waste water treatment or other processes within the incineration or co-incineration plant;
‘residu’: een vloeibaar vloeibare of vaste afvalstof materiaal (met inbegrip van bodemas, slakken, vliegas en ketelas, vaste reactieproducten die ontstaan bij de gasreiniging, zuiveringsslib van de zuivering van afvalwater, afgewerkte katalysatoren en afgewerkte actieve kool) dat valt onder de omschrijving van afvalstoffen in artikel 1, onder a), van Richtlijn 75/442/EEG, en dat die wordt geproduceerd bij het verbrandingsof meeverbrandingsproces, door een afvalverbrandingsinstallatie of afvalmeeverbrandingsinstallatie de zuivering van rookgassen of afvalwater of andere processen in de verbrandings- of meeverbrandingsinstallatie;
