It follows that, unlike Chapter 3, Section 2, of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, Chapter 3, Section 2, of the Rules of Procedure of the Civil Service Tribunal does not provide an express legal basis for an order to one of the parties to produce documents by way of measure of inquiry.
Hieruit volgt dat het derde hoofdstuk van de tweede titel van het Reglement voor de procesvoering van het Gerecht voor ambtenarenzaken, in tegenstelling tot het derde hoofdstuk van de tweede titel van het Reglement voor de procesvoering van het Gerecht, geen expliciete rechtsgrondslag bevat om een beschikking te geven waarbij één van de partijen wordt gelast om bij wijze van maatregel van instructie documenten over te leggen.
