With this proposal, the European Commission is presenting a fait accompli, but they cannot say that we did not warm them that this would be a mistake and that it would not, in any way, avoid paperwork or red tape, but that it will actually create more paperwork and red tape and also more legal uncertainty, which is what is worrying producers most.
Met dit voorstel stelt de Europese Commissie ons voor een voldongen feit, maar niemand kan zeggen dat we de Commissie niet hebben gewaarschuwd dat dit een fout is en dat dit hoe dan ook niet de administratieve rompslomp en de bureaucratie zal terugdringen, maar daarentegen meer rechtsonzekerheid zal veroorzaken, wat de producenten nog het meest verontrust.
