The concept of equipment does not refer to physical objects which are either supplied by the provider to the client or become part of a physical object as a result of the service activity, such as building materials or spare parts, or which are consumed or left in situ in the course of the service provision, such as combustible fuels, explosives, fireworks, pesticides, poisons or medicines.
Fysieke voorwerpen die door de dienstverrichter aan de klant worden geleverd of die als gevolg van de dienstenactiviteit deel worden van een fysiek voorwerp, zoals bouwmaterialen of reserveonderdelen, of die worden verbruikt of ter plaatse tijdens dienstverrichtingen worden achtergelaten, zoals brandstoffen, explosieven, vuurwerk, bestrijdingsmiddelen, vergif of geneesmiddelen, vallen niet onder het begrip uitrusting.
