If, the fixed nature of his contract as Team Leader is however accepted by the Church authorities even though it lies outside of the provisions of the 1983 Measure, and therefore a legally binding contract is recognised, there may be grounds for considering that he be covered as an employee of the Church and afforded the protection of the law after all, both English and European.
Wanneer het contract als team leader door de kerkelijke autoriteiten is geaccepteerd, ook al valt het buiten de bepalingen van de maatregel van 1983, en daarom wordt erkend als een wettelijk bindend contract, dan is er wellicht reden om aan te nemen dat hij in loondienst was van de Kerk en daardoor de bescherming geniet van zowel de Engelse als de Europese wet.
