The area of cooperation may include Community activities concerning, in particular, translation, exchange of works of art and artists, conservation and restoration of historic and cultural monuments and sites, training of persons working in the cultural field, the organization of European-oriented cultural events, raising mutual awareness and contributing to the dissemination of information on outstanding cultural events.
De samenwerkingsterreinen kunnen met name omvatten vertalingen, de uitwisseling van kunstwerken en kunstenaars, het conserveren en restaureren van historische en culturele monumenten en plaatsen, de opleiding van op cultureel gebied werkzame personen, de organisatie van culturele manifestaties met een Europees karakter, de verhoging van het wederzijds begrip en het leveren van een bijdrage aan de verspreiding van informatie over bijzondere culturele evenementen.
