...[+++]en integratie en het sociaal partnerschap bevordert; is van mening dat de RISE-strategie eerder op een horizontaal dan op een verticaal concept voor het industriebeleid moet worden gebaseerd; is van mening dat bij sectorspecifieke maatregelen de nodige aandacht moet worden besteed aan de industriële basissectoren, maar dat zij tegelijkertijd een stimulerend effect moeten hebben op waardeketens en activiteitenclusters met een groot groeipotentieel en verband moeten houden met sectorale specialisatie ter bevordering van hightechstrategieën en op een hoge toegevoegde waarde gerichte strategieën alsook van innovatie, vaardigheden, ondernemerschap, werkgelegenheid en, creativiteit; neemt in dit verband nota van de sectorale strategieën voor de automobielindustrie (Cars 2020) en de staalindustrie (Actieplan voor staal) en verzoekt de Commissie deze strategieën met de nodige maatregelen te ondersteunen; roept de lidstaten en de Commissie op voldoende aandacht te besteden aan sectoren die over een gedegen knowhow beschikken, sterk in OO investeren en veel toegevoegde waarde creëren, ook op het gebied van procesinnovatie;
