‘employee or contractor’ means any person whose employment is in connection with a railway and is at work at the time of the accident, including the staff of contractors, self-employed contractors, the crew of the train and persons handling rolling stock and infrastructure installations.
„werknemer of contractant”: elke persoon van wie het werk verband houdt met een spoorweg en die aan het werk is ten tijde van het ongeval, inclusief het personeel van contractanten, zelfstandige contractanten, treinpersoneel en personen die met rollend materieel en infrastructuurinstallaties werken.
