Strongly criticises that the European Commission, without an exhaustive assessment on the social and economic impact of the already existing deregulation, insists on the splitting of public transport into business areas: stations, rolling stock, maintenance yards, supply units, thereby multiplying administrative burdens and weakening safety provisions and reliable services for customers;
55. uit scherpe kritiek op het feit dat de Commissie, zonder een uitputtende beoordeling van het sociaaleconomisch effect van de al bestaande deregulering, vasthoudt aan de opsplitsing van het openbaar vervoer in bedrijfsonderdelen: stations, rollend materieel, onderhoudscentra en toeleveringseenheden, waardoor de administratieve lasten worden verzwaard, de veiligheidsvoorschriften worden afgezwakt en de diensten voor de klant minder betrouwbaar worden;
