By means of amendments, first in the lead committee – the Committee for Employment and Social Affairs – and then in the plenary, we got a majority in favour of doing away with the mandatory health checks and with expensive action programmes against sunburn, which would have laid still more administrative burdens on the backs of small and medium-sized enterprises.
We hebben eerst in de commissie ten principale, de Commissie werkgelegenheid en sociale zaken, en daarna in de plenaire vergadering amendementen ingediend, en we hebben weten te bereiken dat de meerderheid heeft besloten om de verplichte medische tests en de dure actieprogramma´s tegen zonnebrand te laten vallen.
