2. De beheersautoriteit zorgt ervoor dat de in lid 1 van dit artikel bedoelde documenten voor controle ter beschikking worden gesteld van de daartoe gerechtigde personen en instanties, onder wie in ieder geval bevoegd personeel van de beheersautoriteit, de certificeringsautoriteit, de bemiddelende instanties, de auditautoriteit en de in artikel 61, lid 3, van de basisverordening bedoelde instanties, alsmede bevoegde ambtenaren van de Gemeenschap en hun bevoegde vertegenwoordigers, en dat hun daarvan uittreksels en kopieën worden verstrekt.
