The competent authorities of the Russian Federation informed the Commission on 11 June 2009 that they modified their decision of 25 April 2008, whereby they excluded from operations into the Community aircraft on the AOC of 13 Russian aircraft which at that time were not equipped to perform international flights as per ICAO standards, since they lacked in particular the required TAWS/E-GPWS equipment.
De bevoegde autoriteiten van de Russische Federatie hebben de Commissie op 11 juni 2009 in kennis gesteld van een wijziging van hun besluit van 25 april 2008, waarbij zij in het AOC van 13 Russische luchtvaartmaatschappijen een verbod hadden opgenomen voor vluchten naar de Gemeenschap met luchtvaartuigen die toen niet waren uitgerust om overeenkomstig de ICAO-normen internationale vluchten uit te voeren, omdat zij met name niet over de vereiste TAWS/E-GPWS-apparatuur beschikten.
