(w) ‘ tarmac delay’ means, at departure, the time the aircraft remains on the ground between the start of boarding of the passengers and the take-off time of the aircraft or, at arrival, the time between the touch-down of the aircraft and the start of disembarkation of the passengers;
(w) „vertraging op het tarmac”: bij vertrek, de tijdspanne dat het luchtvaartuig op de grond blijft tussen het ogenblik waarop de passagiers beginnen in te stappen en het ogenblik waarop het luchtvaartuig opstijgt of, bij aankomst, de tijdspanne tussen het ogenblik waarop het luchtvaartuig landt en het ogenblik waarop de passagiers beginnen uit te stappen;
