...[+++]irective for use of the accelerated procedure were not fulfilled, since supply of these products should have been possible simply by launching the procedure well before the previous contract expired, on the basis of expected consumption.
De Commissie heeft besloten Italië een met redenen omkleed advies te sturen wegens schending van de bepalingen van de richtlijn inzake overheidsopdrachten voor leveringen (93/36/EEG) bij de aanbesteding voor de levering van steriel hechtmateriaal voor operatiekamers, röntgenmateriaal en ontwikkelvloeistof van een ziekenhuis in Rome (l'Azienda «Complesso ospedaliero San Filippo Neri»). De opdracht is namelijk via een versnelde niet-openbare procedure gegund, zonder dat was voldaan aan de voorwaarden die voor versnelde procedures in de richtlijn zijn vastgesteld.
