3. Calls on the Commission to facilitate the establishment, at European level, of a coordinated market organisation for an exceptional, limited period with a view to arranging the clearance and sale, as a matter of priority, of windfall timber on the internal market and to facilitate its storage and transport, particularly in the case of the less noble timbers;
3. verzoekt de Commissie de oprichting van een gecoördineerde organisatie op Europese schaal te bevorderen voor een bijzondere commercialisatie van korte duur om met voorrang exploitatie en afzet van stormhout op de binnenmarkt te organiseren, en steun te verlenen bij opslag en vervoer, met name voor de minst nobele soorten;
