promoting, among judges, prosecutors and judicial staff, the knowledge of at least one other official language of the European Union, in particular through training programs, and favouring such knowledge if and when appropriate, taking into account the specificities of the legal and judicial system of the Member State concerned, e.g. on recruitment of judges, prosecutors and judicial staff and during evaluation moments;
te bevorderen dat de rechters, de openbare aanklagers en het justitieel personeel ten minste een andere officiële taal van de Europese Unie kennen, met name via opleidingsprogramma's, en die kennis, waar nodig, mee te wegen, rekening houdend met de specifieke kenmerken van het rechtsstelsel en het justitieel apparaat van de betrokken lidstaat, bijv. bij het aanwerven van rechters, openbare aanklagers en justitieel personeel en bij evaluaties;
