he principle of the automatic exchange ...[+++] of tax information, to ask that the Code of Conduct on tax evasion currently being drawn up at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) be annexed to the Doha declaration and to support the transformation of the UN taxation committee into a genuine intergovernmental body equipped with additional resources to conduct the international fight against tax evasion alongside the OECD;
