Notwithstanding the above, and pending the conclusion of the investigation, it is considered that given the arguments put forward by interested parties and the fact that, at present, fax machines using ink-jet or laser printing technologies are aimed only at professional use, the machines using these technologies should be excluded from the application of the provision anti-dumping duty.
Wat in het bijzonder faxapparaten betreft, die inktstroom- of laserdruktechnologieën gebruiken, wordt het, gelet op de argumenten van partijen en het feit dat faxapparaten die deze technologieën gebruiken, thans voor beroepsgebruik bedoeld zijn, passend geoordeeld deze apparaten van de toepassing van het voorlopige antidumpingrecht uit te sluiten.
