At that meeting, an examination of the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council codifying Council Directive 80/720/EEC of 24 June 1980 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the operating space, access to the driving position and the doors and windows of wheeled agricultural or forestry tractors resulted in the Consultative Working Party’s concluding, without dissent, that the proposal is a straightforward codification of existing texts, without any change in their substance.
Tijdens deze bijeenkomst is het voorstel voor een richtlijn van het Europees Parlement en de Raad tot codificering van Richtlijn 80/720/EEG van de Raad van 24 juni 1980 betreffende de onderlinge aanpassing van de wetgevingen der lidstaten inzake de bedieningsruimte, de toegankelijkheid van de cabine alsmede deuren en ramen van landbouw- en bosbouwtrekkers op wielen behandeld en is de adviesgroep unaniem tot de slotsom gekomen dat het voorstel een loutere codificatie van bestaande teksten behelst, zonder enige inhoudelijke wijziging.
