During the Netherlands' Presidency, the Working Party on Forestry concentrated on the proposal for a Regulation and, with a view to obtaining political guidance, submitted two questions on the problem of circumvention and products that ought to be covered by the licensing system to the Agriculture and Fisheries Council meeting in December 2004.
Onder het Nederlandse voorzitterschap heeft de Groep "Bossen" haar besprekingen toegespitst op het verordeningsvoorstel en, met het oog op een politieke oriëntatie, twee vraagstukken - betreffende het probleem van de omzeiling respectievelijk de producten waarvoor een vergunningenstelsel zou moeten bestaan - aan de Raad Landbouw en Visserij van december 2004 voorgelegd.
