The Commission may transfer, subject to the agreement of the supplying Member State, selected data obtained in accordance with the procedure specified in paragraph 1 to international organisations including the World Customs Organisation, the International Maritime Organisation, the International Civil Aviation Organisation and the International Air Transport Association, as well as Europol, which contribute to the protection of the financial interests of the Union and correct application of customs legislation with which the Commission concluded a relevant arrangement or memorandum of understanding.
De Commissie mag, mits de verstrekkende lidstaat daarmee instemt, de geselecteerde gegevens die zijn verkregen in overeenstemming met de procedure van lid 1 doorgeven aan internationale organisaties zoals de Werelddouaneorganisatie, de Internationale Maritieme Organisatie, de Internationale Burgerluchtvaartorganisatie en de Internationale Luchtvaartorganisatie, alsmede aan Europol, die bijdragen tot de bescherming van de financiële belangen van de Unie en de correcte toepassing van de douanevoorschriften, en waarmee de Commissie een daartoe strekkende overeenkomst of een memorandum of understanding heeft gesloten.
