In regard to point (c) above, in a hearing, exporting producers raised the issue of an adjustment under Article 2(10)(b) of the basic Regulation, to take account of the duties on importation of wire rod into India which are included in the normal value, but not on the export price from China.
Met betrekking tot punt c) voerde een aantal producenten-exporteurs tijdens een hoorzitting aan dat er een correctie moest worden toegepast op grond van artikel 2, lid 10, onder b), van de basisverordening om rekening te houden met de Indiase invoerrechten op walsdraad die worden verdisconteerd in de normale waarde, maar die bij uitvoer uit China niet in de prijs zijn begrepen.
