When a veterinarian has recourse to the provisions of Article 10, he shall keep adequate records of the date of examination of the animals, details of the owner, the number of animals treated, the diagnosis, the medicinal products prescribed, the dosages administered, the duration of treatment and the withdrawal periods recommended, and make these records available for inspection by the competent authorities for a period of at least three years.
Bij de aanwending van de bepalingen van artikel 10 door een dierenarts, houdt deze een register bij met alle relevante gegevens, zoals de datum waarop de dieren werden onderzocht, de identiteit van de eigenaar, het aantal behandelde dieren, de diagnose, de voorgeschreven geneesmiddelen, de toegediende doses, de duur van de behandeling en de aanbevolen wachttijden. Hij moet die gegevens tenminste drie jaar voor inspectie ter beschikking van de bevoegde autoriteiten houden.
