– having regard to the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Comprehensive Safeguards Agreements and Additional Protocols, the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material, the International Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism, the Hague Code of Conduct against Ballistic Missile Proliferation, the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START I), which will expire in 2009, and the Strategic Offensive Reductions Treaty (SORT),
– gezien het Alomvattend Kernstopverdrag, de overeenkomsten betreffende nucleaire waarborgen en aanvullende protocollen van het Internationaal Agentschap voor Atoomenergie (IAEA), het Verdrag inzake de fysieke beveiliging van kernmateriaal, het Internationaal Verdrag ter bestrijding van daden van nucleair terrorisme, de Haagse Gedragscode tegen de verspreiding van ballistische raketten, het Verdrag over de vermindering van strategische kernwapens (START I), dat in 2009 afloopt, en het Verdrag inzake de beperking van strategische aanvalswapens (SORT),
