1. Any authorisation or renewal, modification, suspension or revocation of authorisation of a genetically modified organism, food or feed referred to in Article 3 (1) (b) and Article 16 (1) (b) shall be notified by the Commission to the Parties to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety through the Biosafety Clearing-House in accordance with Article 11 (1) or Article 12 (1), as the case may be, of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety .

De Commissie stelt de partijen bij het Protocol van Cartagena inzake bioveiligheid overeenkomstig artikel 11, lid 1, of artikel 12, lid 1, van dat Protocol, al naar het geval, via het uitwisselingscentrum voor bioveiligheid in kennis van iedere verlening, verlenging, wijziging, schorsing of intrekking van een vergunning voor een genetisch gemodificeerd organisme, levensmiddel of diervoeder als bedoeld in artikel 3, lid 1, onder b), en artikel 16, lid 1, onder b).
