he manufacturing of wearing apparel between Jun ...[+++]e 2008 and December 2009 representing 46% of all jobs that existed in June 2008 in this sector and with a loss of 2030 jobs in the textile manufacturing, representing 27% of all jobs, over the same period; (B) overwegende dat de financiële en economische crisis ernstige tegenslagen
