In order to take into account, on the one hand, the experience gained in the implementation of this Regulation, in particular as identified through the reporting referred to in Article 20(3) and (4) and through the exchange of information as referred to in Article 13, and, on the other hand, developments with
regard to technical characteristics, end-users and production processes of timber and timber products, the Commission may adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU by amending and supplementing
...[+++] the list of timber and timber products set out in the Annex.
Teneinde rekening te houden, enerzijds, met bij de toepassing van deze verordening opgedane ervaring, in het bijzonder als vastgesteld door middel van de in artikel 20, leden 3 en 4, bedoelde rapportage, en door middel van de in artikel 13 genoemde uitwisseling van informatie en, anderzijds, met de ontwikkelingen betreffende de technische kenmerken, de eindgebruikers en de productieprocessen van hout en houtproducten, mag de Commissie overeenkomstig artikel 290 van de VWEU, gedelegeerde handelingen vaststellen tot wijziging en aanvulling van de in de bijlage vastgestelde lijst van hout en houtproducten.
