In feite vind ik dat de Commissie interne markt en consumentenbescherming – en helaas niet de heer Manders alleen, want om een meerderheid te krijgen had hij beslist de steun nodig van de PPE-DE- en ALDE-leden van de Commissie interne markt – een zeer betreurenswaardige stap hebben gezet door te proberen de gezondheidsdiensten opnieuw binnen het kader van de richtlijn betreffende diensten op de interne markt te brengen. Het komt namelijk in geen enkele EU-lidstaat voor dat commerciële en bouwkundige diensten enerzijds, en diensten van ziekenhuizen, diensten aan patiënten anderzijds, onder dezelfde wetgeving vallen.

That itself is doubtful, to say the least.
