Information on Office investigations supplied to the European Parliament, the Council, the Commission and the Court of Auditors, whether bilaterally or as part of the concertation procedure, should be provided while respecting the confidentiality of investigations, the legitimate rights of the persons concerned and, where applicable, the national provisions governing judicial proceedings.
Bij het verstrekken van informatie over onderzoeken van het Bureau aan het Europees Parlement, de Raad, de Commissie en de Rekenkamer, hetzij bilateraal hetzij in het kader van de overlegprocedure, moeten het vertrouwelijk karakter van de onderzoeken, de wettelijke rechten van de betrokkenen en, in voorkomend geval, de op de gerechtelijke procedures van toepassing zijnde nationale bepalingen geëerbiedigd worden.
