How does the Council, in cooperation with the Member States, propose to tackle this difficult commercial situation on the market in agricultural products which, apart from a possible increase in production, is significantly affected by the implementation of bilateral trade agreements, the pre-accession agreements and, above all, by the period pending implementation of the new CAP in the Member States which is creating uncertainty among producers and the individual sectors concerned?
Hoe denkt de Raad, samen met de lidstaten, te gaan reageren op deze ongunstige ontwikkeling op de markt voor landbouwproducten, die niet alleen het gevolg is van de verhoogde productie, maar ook beïnvloed wordt door de toepassing van bilaterale handelsakkoorden, de pretoetredingsakkoorden en vooral de wachtperiode voorafgaand aan de toepassing van het nieuwe GLB in de lidstaten, hetgeen tot onzekerheid bij de producenten en de afzonderlijke sectoren leidt?
