When the product is not intended to be delivered directly to the patient, or when the product is necessary to address severe availability problems, the competent authorities may, subject to measures they consider necessary to safeguard human health, grant an exemption to the obligation that certain particulars should appear on the labelling and in the package leaflet and that the leaflet must be in the official language or languages of the Member State in which the product is placed on the market’.
Wanneer het geneesmiddel niet bestemd is om rechtstreeks aan de patiënt te worden afgeleverd of wanneer het geneesmiddel noodzakelijk is als gevolg van ernstige problemen in verband met de beschikbaarheid, kan de bevoegde autoriteit, behoudens de maatregelen die zij ter bescherming van de volksgezondheid noodzakelijk acht, ontheffing verlenen van de verplichting om bepaalde gegevens in de etikettering en in de bijsluiter van het betrokken geneesmiddel te vermelden, en van de verplichting om de bijsluiter op te stellen in de officiële taal of talen van de lidstaat waar het geneesmiddel in de handel wordt gebracht”.
