2. Calls on the Foundation to carry out an external evaluation, for the first time since its creation on 26 May 1975 by Council Regulation (EEC) No 1365/75 on the creation of the European Foundation for the improvement of living and working conditions ; calls for the presentation of an Action Plan, in the light of the evaluation, before the end of 2001; requests that the evaluation assess how key stakeholders, including the Parliament, Commission, Member States, industry and academia, rate the Foundation; requests that the evaluation includes an assessment of the impact of the Foundation's activities;
2. roept de Stichting ertoe op om voor het eerst sinds zij werd opgericht bij Verordening (EEG) nr. 1365/75 van de Raad van 26 mei 1975 betreffende de
oprichting van een Europese Stichting tot verbetering van de levens- en arbeidsomstandigheden een externe evaluatie te laten uitvoeren; verzoekt om de voorlegging vóór eind 2001 van een actieplan in het licht van deze evaluatie; wenst dat in de evaluatie wordt nagegaan hoe de belangrijkste stakeholders , waaronder het Parlement, de Commissie, de lidstaten, het bedrijfsleven en de wetenschappelijke wereld, de Stichting beoordelen; wenst dat de evaluatie tevens een beoordeling bevat van d
