That Convention and Protocol deal in particular with the certification, construction and equipment of fishing vessels, their stability, machines and gear, fire prevention, protection of the crew, safety provisions, emergency procedures, radiocommunications and navigation equipment.
Het genoemde Verdrag en het bijbehorende Protocol betreffen met name de certificering, de constructie en de uitrusting, de stabiliteit, de machines en installaties, de brandbeveiliging, de bescherming van de bemanning, de reddingsmiddelen, het optreden in noodsituaties, de radiocommunicatie en de navigatie-instrumenten van de vissersvaartuigen.
