2. In aanvulling op het bepaalde in lid 1 heeft de klant, waar in de Gemeenschap hij zich ook bevindt, het recht om door middel van een mobiel telefoongesprek of via sms kosteloos meer gedetailleerde gepersonaliseerde prijsinformatie over de in het bezochte netwerk toepasselijke roamingtarieven voor telefoongesprekken, sms, mms en andere datacommunicatiediensten alsmede informatie over de op grond van deze verordening toepasselijke transparantiemaatregelen te vragen en te ontvangen. Voor een dergelijk verzoek wordt een gratis nummer gebruikt dat de thuisaanbieder voor dat doel beschikbaar stelt.
